Steps
This year's registration procedure involves 3 quick and easy steps.
1. Submit your personal data (name, address, etc).
You will need to enter this data only once; it will be used in subsequent steps (also in the case of multiple abstract submissions), and even in future ENP events! You will be able to update this data at any time.
2. Meeting registration (and boarding options).
This will inform you of the total registration fee and mode of payment. You need to complete step 1 before selecting your attendance days. Online registrations are now closed.
3. Submit a presentation abstract
Whether you have an oral presentation or a poster to show, this is where you submit the required abstract. You need to complete steps 1 and 2 before submitting an abstract.

Your registration will become definitive upon confirmation of payment of the meeting fee by bank transfer to
Postbank, account 7905966 of the Endo-Neuro-Psycho Meeting,

For money transfers from abroad, the following information may be useful when contacting Postbank B.V., Amsterdam, The Netherlands: the bank international code (BIC or Swift code) is PSTBNL21; our international bank account number (IBAN) is NL35PSTB0007905966.
Reservations will only be made definitive if payment is received by 15 May 2006.
Please ensure that your payment is recognizable by the organizers: include the reference 'ENP2006' as well as your family name. If possible, use your personal bank account; tranfers through administrative offices often lead to anonymous, 'ghost' payments.
The online registration service will be open until 4 May 2006. Afterwards, registration will only be possible at the meeting. Please note that the on-site fees are considerably higher (see below).
After 15 May 2006, hotel accommodation should be arranged directly by contacting Golden Tulip Hotel 'Doorwerth'. The room prices are indicated in the table below.
Extra nights
If you wish to make reservations for additional nights (before or after the meeting) please contact the ENP2006 organizers by email with your exact requirements. The prices are the same as those for the meeting duration (see table below).
Call for room sharing
Room availability at the Golden Tulip Hotel 'Doorwerth' is limited and reservations are made on a 'first paid, first (re)served' basis. Participants are strongly encouraged to sign up for room sharing, as well as processing the payment as early as possible.
Should the Golden Tulip Hotel 'Doorwerth' become fully booked, the organizers will seek additional accomodation at the Papendal Hotel and Conference Centre.
Accompanying persons
Registration for accompanying persons should follow the procedure described above (steps 1 and 2). In step 2, simply do not select the daily meeting attendance and indicate that you are an accompanying person. For special requirements, please contact the organizers by email.
Costs
Registration fees are listed below. These prices are also indicated on the online registration form.
The day registration fee is waived for speakers (on the day of their presentation and once only); this does not apply to speakers of satellite sessions. Speakers may not accummulate other discounts.
Members of the Netherlands Society for Endocrinology are offered a discount of € 20 for the 2-day Endo-Package, while members of the Neurofederation have an equivalent discount for the 2-day Neuro- or Psycho-Package; the discount is offered only once. Attendance for the full 4-day meeting entails an additional € 20 discount, irrespective of membership.

Cancellation
Cancellations received by email before 15 May 2006 are entitled to a full refund.
Cancellations received after this date and before 31 May 2006 will be considered case by case by the organization - a refund will be awarded only in exceptional circumstances.
