Time and location
The Endocrinology poster session will be held on Tuesday, 6 June, from 13:30 to 15:00; a buffet lunch will be served in parallel. The award for the best poster presenter for this session will be announced during the course of dinner, which starts at 19:00.
The Neuroscience 1 poster session will be held on Wednesday, 7 June, from 15:00 to 17:00. The award for the best poster presenter for this session will be announced during the course of dinner, which starts at 19:00.
The Neuroscience 2 poster session will be held on Thursday, 8 June, from 10:00 to 12:00. The award for the best poster presenter for this session will be announced during the Plenary Session that starts at 16:00.
The Cognitive and Behavioral Neuroscience poster session will be held on Friday, 9 June, from 13:00 to 14:30. The award for the best poster presenter for this session will be announced during the Plenary Session that starts at 16:00.
All poster sessions will be held in the Branding room.
Instructions for poster presentations
The size of the poster boards is 100 x 120 cm (width x height). Please make sure that your poster is readable from a 2-meter distance. As a rough guideline, use a font size of 72 pts for your title, and a minimum of 28 pts for your text.
Posters can be mounted on the day of the presentation from 08:00 onwards. Posters should be removed before 08:00 of the following day (or by 18:00 on Friday, 9 June). Mounting pins will be provided by the organizers.
